Today we were out and about in Bargara along the Esplanade working at a high-rise apartment block. Our customer was experiencing “No Signal” coming from all apartments at the location in Bargara and also informed us about having intermittent issues with channels such as SBS and channel nine from time to time.

We quickly noticed that the Masthead Amplifier had broken free from the TV Pole and was full of water upon opening! After the recent weather events in and around Bundaberg and Queensland its become a common repair we have been performing lately. Upon further inspection looking at the TV Pole and TV Antenna we noticed it was badly weather damaged and was also at least 10+ years old.

We begun replacing the Antenna Masthead Amplifier with a new Matchmaster Amplifier and was also informed by our customer to carry on with replacing the TV Antenna as well. After inspecting the site and surrounding terrain we come up with a plan of action to install a longer Pole to place the new Matchmaster TV Antenna onto to ensure crystal clear picture was restored!

All tenants at the Apartment block can now enjoy all tv channels after the above works were carried out!.
